6 Days Serengeti safari from Isebania/ to Namanga Border

On arrival at the border (With your lunch boxes) after customs and immigration formalities you will be met by your Tanzania driver guide who will drive you to Central Serengeti with game viewing en route to your lodge for leisure. 

Central Serengeti

The Seronera region, in the central Serengeti, is set directly on the Great Migration route and offers excellent viewing of this incredible annual phenomenon, when countless wildebeest flood the area and move across the plains. While migratory game populations fluctuate seasonally, Seronera is still a wildlife hotspot at other times of the year, sheltering the Big Five, among many other species. A number of small campsites provide accommodation and visitors can enjoy hot air balloon trips and walking safaris as well as guided game drives.

Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

Offering an outdoor pool, Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is nestled in the Western Corridor, near Grumeti River on a tree-clad ridge with sweeping views of the Serengeti National Park. Groves of acacia trees watered by sparkling streams cool down the property.
The accommodation is fitted with a seating area. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower. Towels are offered. Designed to melt into nature, it includes a series of traditional domed rondavels. On the very edge of the ridge is a ‘vanishing horizon' pool, which looks out over the ‘endless plains' after which the Serengeti is named.
Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge also includes a barbecue. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The property also offers packed lunches.

Breakfast at your lodge then you will drive to park for game drive with an option of taking lunch box and go out for full day or return to the lodge for hot lunch and do another drive in the evening, return to the camp before dusk. Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge on full board basis.

After breakfast drive to the park for game drive en-route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, later drive to your lodge for evening leisure.

Located in Ngorongoro, 36 km from Laetoli Footprints and 20 km from Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a restaurant and a bar.

There is a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer in each unit, along with free toiletries.

After breakfast drive to crater mini gate where you will descend into the Crater for game drive with your lunch boxes, later ascend from the crater and drive to your lodge for the evening leisure.

The Ngorongoro Crater is game viewing gone crazy and it is not surprising that with is one of Tanzania’s major tourist drawcards. Within the crater rim a daily wildlife drama is played out as large herds of zebra and wildebeest graze nearby lions, leopards, elephants and black rhinos. Outside of the crater a similar drama continues in a more spread out manner with Masai herdsmen thrown into the mix.

 Overnight – Ngorongoro Serena Lodge

After breakfast collect your lunch boxes and drive to Arusha with an option of going through Lake Manyara national Park at extra cost of US$ 108 per person, later drive to Arusha where you will be dropped at your lodge for the evening leisure. 

Arusha is the safari capital of Tanzania located at the foot of Mt. Meru, close to Mount Kilimanjaro, the Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks. From there it’s only a short trip to the Serengeti. Just to the north, on the slopes of Mt. Meru is the Arusha National Park. Built by the Germans as a centre of colonial administration because of the temperate climate, Arusha is a good spot to take a day or two off from your safari.

Arusha Sereana Hotel
Nestled at the foot of the wooded slopes of Mount Meru, this unique hotel, formerly known as Serena Mountain Village and Lake Duluti Serena, stands amid coffee plantations on the shores of tranquil Lake Duluti.

The hotel has 42 guest rooms presented in the style of stone-built cottages, which are grouped in clusters around a flower-filled central ‘village square’. Spacious and elegantly presented in classic country-house style, they feature marble bathrooms, double French doors leading out into the gardens, leaded windows, a stylishwork or vanity area, and large comfortable beds.

After breakfast you will be transferred to Namanga border where you will be picked by your Kenya driver guide.
