This 4 day is the short safari in North
safari. You will be able to visit Tarangire NP and Lake Manyara for game
viewing including the famous tree climbing lions, and huge herds of
elephants. This is suitable for visitors from Kilimanjaro,
Arusha and Zanzibar.
ITINERARY
Day 1
ARRIVAL – ARUSHA
Meet on arrival at the Airport and transfer you to your hotel an overnight stay. Check in at Planet Lodge base on bed and breakfast.
Day 2
LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
After
breakfast you will head to Lake Manyara
National park, a small but it is diverse in ecosystem with huge variety of
animal and bird life. It is rightly famous for its tree climbing lions and
boisterous baboons. Arrival for hot lunch at your Camp, Check in at Eileen’s Tree Inn for dinner and
overnight
Day 3
TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK AND VISIT MASAI CULTURAL
After breakfast,
you will head to Mto WA mbu for Masai
culture experiences. Enjoy the visit to traditional Boma (enclosure);
interact with tribal members in various activities. You will learn about
traditional bead-work with the revered women of the tribe. Enjoy the
traditional dancing too. You will enjoy the local lunch at African Galleria.
Check in at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge
for dinner and overnight
Day 4
TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK AND BACK TO ARUSHA
After
breakfast you will continue with your safari for more game drive in Tarangire national park with packed lunch. Being
in Tarangire you will have a chance to see the groups of big elephants. Its
natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant Africa Baobab
trees with huge swamps areas in the south. Both river and the swamps act like a
magnet for wild animals during dry season. Take your time for photograph. After
a well day game drive, you will drive back to Arusha and being transferred to
the Hotel or Airport for your departure.
