9Days Hiking Aberdares Mt., spot Black Rhinos

Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative at the arrival lounge and thereafter you will be transferred to your hotel for check in and relaxation before dinner. (Dinner on Own arrangements) Dinner and overnight at the Tamarind Tree on bed and breakfast

After breakfast at your hotel, you shall be picked by our driver at around 09:30am and depart for your visit to the Daphne Sheldricks Elephant Orphanage, located in Nairobi National Park. It is usually opened from 11am to 12pm. Daphne has successfully reared orphaned baby rhinos and elephants and re-introduced them to the wild. Visitors can observe the young charges being fed and learn about the challenge that faces our wildlife today. Lunch will be after the visit at the carnivore restaurant.

The Carnivore Restaurant Nairobi is a unique experience. This open-air meat specialty restaurant has become a standard stop on the safari trail. Every type of meat imaginable, including four choices of wild game, is roasted on traditional Masai swords (skewers) over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant. A wide selection of salads, vegetable side dishes, and a variety of exotic sauces accompany the meat feast. After enjoying a hearty meal, you will depart for a visit to the Giraffe Centre. The tour gives a completely up close and personal interaction where guests have the opportunity to view giraffes as well as feed them. There is an impressive variety of bird's species which can be viewed through the year. You later will be transferred to your hotel for dinner. After breakfast at your hotel, you shall depart driving via the Nairobi - Mombasa highway to Amboseli National Park, home to the proud and brightly painted Maa tribe of the Masai, the acacia woodlands and grasslands of the park shelter an abundance of game including buffalo, lion, cheetah, hyena, zebra and wildebeest.

Amboseli National Park lays below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world. Its snow- capped peak will dominate the background while you marvel at the wildlife and scenery. Streams from Kilimanjaro surface in the centre of Amboseli, creating swamps that attract and support a rich diversity of wild animals and birdlife. Most of Amboseli is flat and dusty and so the best spots for game viewing are these wetlands. Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, relax a bit before departing for your afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp base on full board

Day spend in Amboseli exploring the marvels of this park with the magnificent views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain on the continent. Amboseli is known for its highest population of elephants. Experience the majestic view of Kilimanjaro whilst on your morning and afternoon game drives at Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp on full board basis

After breakfast, depart driving leisurely to Aberdares arriving at the Aberdares country club in time for lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to the Ark where you are booked on full board. The Ark is a Tree Hotel and Aberdares Country Club is its Base Hotel. Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge on full board basis.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Aberdares Country Club where you will rejoin your driver guide and depart driving leisurely to Samburu National Reserve with game drive en route arriving at the Samburu Lodge in time for lunch. After lunch relax a bit before proceeding for your afternoon game viewing in the reserve returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at the Samburu Game Lodge on full board basis

Day spent game-viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon game viewing. With over 450 species of birds and animal species, explore the plains and rolling hills for a chance to spot the elephant, black-manned lion, leopard, buffalo, cheetah, and with diverse species of hoofed animals Dinner and overnight at Samburu Game lodge.

After breakfast at the camp, check out and depart driving leisurely with game drive en route to Nairobi. Depending on your flight details, you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your out bound flight back home.
